Due to the nature of our services—which involve time, expertise, strategy, and digital resources—we maintain a transparent and structured Refund & Cancellation Policy.

General Policy

• All services offered by HivePulse Media are intangible, customized, and time-based. Once work has been initiated, resources are allocated and cannot be reversed.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, or revenue.
• By continuing with our services or making subsequent payments, continued engagement implies acceptance of ongoing deliverables unless concerns are formally raised.
• Any third-party costs (tools, ads, hosting, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, only if work has not started.
• Once project planning, research, strategy, or execution begins, cancellation will not be accepted.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@hivepulsemedia.com

Refund Policy

• HivePulse Media follows a strict no-refund policy once work has started.
• If a cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, a partial refund may be issued depending on work completed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

Monthly Services (SEO, SMM, Ads, Marketing Retainers)

• All monthly services are billed in advance.
• Once a billing cycle starts, the fee for that cycle is non-refundable.
• To cancel ongoing services, a minimum 30 days’ written notice is required.
• Work will continue during the notice period, and charges remain applicable.

Project-Based Services (Website, Funnels, Design, etc.)

• Initial payments (booking/setup fees) are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled after work has started:
  • 0–7 days: Minimum 25% of total project cost payable
  • After first draft/milestone: 50% payable
  • After major completion (>50% work): Up to 75–100% payable
• Work completed till date will be handed over after clearing dues.

Non-Refundable Services

• SEO services once initiated
• Paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Completed design work, reports, or delivered assets
• Custom development work (partial or full)
• Limited-time offers, discounts, or promotional packages

Third-Party Costs

• Ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Domain registration & hosting
• Plugins, themes, software tools
• Influencer/creator payments
• Once these are purchased or committed, they are 100% non-refundable.

Quality Concerns & Revisions

• If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
• We will provide reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope of work.
• Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction alone if work has been delivered as agreed.

Special Offers & Discounts

• Services purchased under limited-time offers, festive deals, or discounts are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• These offers are provided at reduced pricing and are strictly final.

Limitation of Liability

• HivePulse Media shall not be held liable for delays caused by client approvals or lack of communication.
• Third-party service failures.
• Platform algorithm changes (Google, Instagram, etc.).

Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
