Payments & Billing

• Third-party costs such as ad spend, hosting, domain, plugins, and tools are billed separately.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services and data access.

Non-Payment Policy

• 7 days overdue: Support may be paused.
• 14 days overdue: Services may be suspended.
• 30 days overdue: Accounts, data, and projects may be permanently deleted.
• Reactivation of services may incur additional administrative charges.

Project Timelines

• Timelines are estimated and depend on client cooperation and approvals.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or client-side issues.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables such as designs, websites, and content (unless otherwise agreed).
• HivePulse Media retains rights to underlying frameworks, tools, strategies, and proprietary systems.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement is provided.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities, copyright infringement, or harmful content are strictly prohibited.
• Spamming, unauthorized promotions, or misuse of services may result in immediate termination.
• Any attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt systems will lead to legal action.

Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services to deliver results.

Data & Backups

• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

• No refunds will be issued for work already completed or ongoing billing cycles.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, business, or performance outcomes.
• All services are provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed results.

No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
